FREE UPS ground shipping on orders over $125 or more.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours or the next business day via UPS;we can ship FEDEX or USPS if needed. You will receive a confirmation email with an order summary and order number for your records. We will email each customer a tracking number and expected delivery date for all orders once they have been processed.We cannot guarantee that all orders will be shipped within one business day. We can only guarantee that we will package your order carefully and ship it as quickly as possible. If you need an order to arrive by a specific date please note this in the comments box of the checkout screen. We will do our best to get your order to you on or before this date and will contact you if it will be necessary to upgrade to an expedited shipping method. (Please note: UPS Ground service is only available to the contiguous 48 states and UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes.) We will ship to PO boxes, Alaska and Hawaii via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that this method is more expensive than UPS and your shipment will be delayed by at least 1 business day. Orders shipped to PO boxes, military addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates quoted in your shopping cart may be adjusted depending on the Priority Mail rates for your package.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All returns must be received within 14 days of order receipt and require an authorization return number. No exceptions. You must call or email us for an authorization for the return. We will only accept authorized returns to Exquisite Decor and Gifts within 14 days if the items are unused and in the original packaging. Once we receive your item back we will issue a refund to your credit card for the original price of the item. Customers will not be refunded for the original shipping cost and will be required to pay return shipping charges. Any items shipped back without authorization will not be guaranteed to be refunded.
All cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours of placing your order. If notified after the 24 hour period your cancellation will not be submitted and the order will continue being processed.
Refund or Exchanges for Damaged products:
If a customer receives an item damaged, Exquisite Decor and Gifts must be notified within 48 hours of the damage. A replacement item or exchange product will be shipped after receipt of the damage notification. Customers may be required to email proof of damage or return the original product.
Our office is located in the state of Georgia, Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia (7%). All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
